Helix Funds LLC (“Helix,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is written to match how the site actually works, which is simply: a set of informational pages and one contact form.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any company, phone number, and message you choose to provide, along with the role you select. We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

How the form works

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. The message is transmitted to our inbox and retained there as ordinary business correspondence. To reduce automated spam, the form uses a hidden field and a timing check; neither tracks you across sites.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes standard server and request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and measures aggregate, anonymized traffic.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies and reports aggregated usage data to Google, which acts as our processor; it does not log full IP addresses. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are described in our cookie policy.

Data retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain normal business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
